TUESDAY ($14/adult, $9 kid)

·         Avocado and Cabbage Salad – shredded red cabbage and fresh avocado, lightly tossed in tossed in fresh dill-orange dressing vegan, gluten-free

·         Sesame Chicken Stir Fry – strips of fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast and assorted fresh vegetables sautéed in honey and gluten-free soy sauce with toasted sesame seeds, topped with chopped scallions gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Ginger-Scented Rice – basmati rice steamed with a touch of fresh ginger vegan, gluten-free

·         Coconut Pound Cake – scratch-made coconut pound cake with lime icing drizzle vegetarian (we can sub GF dessert upon request)

 

 

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Snow Pea and Mandarin Salad – organic spinach and arugula, fresh snow peas, fresh mint, and Eden Creamery chevre with scratch red wine vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Penne with Chorizo-Beef Meatballs – hand-made meatballs with ground chorizo and lean ground beef tossed with penne in scratch-made creamy roasted red pepper sauce with fresh basil

·         Glazed Carrots – organic farm carrots roasted with brown sugar and a touch of butter vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Mocha Brownies – scratch-made brownies with espresso, topped with mocha frosting vegetarian

·         Granola – house-made with gluten-free oats, pure maple syrup, dried fruits and nuts vegan, gluten-free $8/pint, $15/quart

·         Pumpkin Crumb Muffins – scratch-made pumpkin muffins topped with brown sugar crumb vegetarian $8 (4 muffins)

·         Rosemary Cashews – whole cashews roasted with browned butter, brown sugar, fresh rosemary and a pinch of cayenne vegetarian, gluten-free $5/half-pint, $10/pint

·         Vegan Potato-Leek Soup – scratch-made with fresh leeks, potatoes, rosemary, thyme, and coconut cream vegan, gluten-free $5/pint, $10/quart

·         Vegan Couscous Salad – couscous with cucumber, tomato, golden raisins, flat leaf parsley, fresh basil, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil vegan $4/pint, $8/quart

·         Vegan Sweet Potato-Quinoa Cakes – hand-made with roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa, and fresh herbs, pan-fried vegan, gluten-free $9/half dozen

·         You-Bake Drop-Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie – creamy chicken pot pie filling with roasted chicken breast, carrots, peas, celery, and onions topped with scratch-made drop biscuits $15 (4-6 servings)

·         April’s Green House Vinaigrettes – scratch-made Basil-Balsamic or scratch-made Cilantro-Lime vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free $8 each (16oz jar)

TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

  • Spring Garden Salad – mixed organic greens, grilled leeks, shaved radish, chopped sugar snap peas, and roasted sweet potatoes served with cider- vinaigrette vegan, gluten-free

  • Grilled Salmon with NW Berry Sauce – wild Alaskan salmon filets grilled over cedar planks, topped with NW berry sauce drizzle gluten-free

  • Parmesan Risotto – scratch-made risotto with caramelized shallots, Parmesan, white wine and a touch of cream vegetarian, gluten-free

  • Chocolate Mousse – scratch-made chocolate mousse topped with pure vanilla-infused whipped cream and chocolate shavings vegetarian, gluten-free

"Congratulations to one of our members, Open Table Catering, who received the Best Catering at an Event award from the Idaho Event Professionals at the inaugural IEP Excellence Awards May 13.
