TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

  • Spring Garden Salad – mixed organic greens, grilled leeks, shaved radish, chopped sugar snap peas, and roasted sweet potatoes served with cider- vinaigrette vegan, gluten-free

  • Grilled Salmon with NW Berry Sauce – wild Alaskan salmon filets grilled over cedar planks, topped with NW berry sauce drizzle gluten-free

  • Parmesan Risotto – scratch-made risotto with caramelized shallots, Parmesan, white wine and a touch of cream vegetarian, gluten-free

  • Chocolate Mousse – scratch-made chocolate mousse topped with pure vanilla-infused whipped cream and chocolate shavings vegetarian, gluten-free

  • Mustard-Glazed Pork Tenderloin – fresh pork tenderloins marinated overnight in a mixture of grainy mustard, brown sugar, fresh rosemary and extra virgin olive oil, grilled and sliced gluten-free, dairy-free

  • Garlic-Roasted Potatoes – Idaho reds diced and roasted with crushed garlic, topped with chopped flat leaf parsley vegan, gluten-free

  • Panna Cotta with Salted Caramel – scratch-made with pure vanilla, yogurt and cream, topped with fresh caramel and light sprinkle of sea salt gluten-free
