TUESDAY ($14/adult, $9 kid)
· Grilled Leek and Tomato Salad – organic greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, grilled leeks, and toasted pepitas with scratch cilantro-lime vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free
· Pork Carnitas with Cucumber Salsa – dry-rubbed and slow-roasted pork shoulder, shredded and lightly crisped, served with grilled, gluten-free corn tortillas and fresh cucumber salsa gluten-free, dairy-free
· Mexican Potatoes – diced red potatoes tossed with Mexican seasoning, oven-roasted vegan, gluten-free

· Wild Salmon Cakes – hand-made with flaked wild Alaskan salmon, fresh herbs, veggies, and gluten-free panko, pan-fried and served with lemon-caper aioli on-the-side gluten-free, dairy-free
· Spring Pea, Asparagus and Sweet Potatoes – lightly seasoned fresh peas, grilled asparagus and roasted sweet potatoes vegan, gluten-free
