TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Grilled Spring Salad – organic arugula and spinach, grilled red peppers, carrots, and shaved radish with scratch basil-balsamic vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Grilled Tri Tip with Creamy Polenta – marinated and grilled tri tip roasts, sliced and served over creamy polenta gluten-free

·         Custard with Fresh Berry Sauce– scratch-made vanilla custard served with fresh berry sauce vegetarian, gluten-free

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Lemon-Caper Chicken- boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets pan-fried to golden simmered in fresh lemon-caper sauce gluten-free

·         Rice Pilaf – jasmine rice, diced celery, onion, and parsley vegan, gluten-free

·         Roasted Parmesan Zucchini Spears – fresh zucchini quarters lightly seasoned and topped with Parmesan, roasted vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Chocolate Chip Cookies – scratch-made vegetarian

·         Vegan Tomato-Basil Soup – scratch-made with tomato, basil and cashew cream vegan, gluten-free $5/pint, $10/quart

·         Cheddar-Dill Biscuits – scratch-made buttermilk biscuits with fresh dill and white cheddar $8 (4 large biscuits)
