·         Blueberry, Feta and Pistachio Salad – mixed greens, fresh blueberries, feta, crushed pistachios, and fresh basil-balsamic vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Grilled Honey-Mustard Chicken Breast – boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated overnight in a scratch honey-mustard sauce, grilled and sliced gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Roasted Potato Salad – roasted red potatoes lightly tossed in lemon-parsley dressing vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Beef and Broccoli – strips of fresh beef roast and fresh broccoli florets stir-fried in soy and brown sugar sauce gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Coconut Rice – Jasmine rice steamed in coconut milk, garnished with fresh cilantro vegan, gluten-free

·         Pineapple Upside Down Cake – scratch-made vegetarian (gluten-free desserts are available upon request)
