TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Apricot and Plum Salad – organic spinach, fresh apricots, fresh plums, and fresh basil-cider vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Chicken and Vegetable Curry – carrots, sweet onion, and red peppers with roasted, sliced chicken breast in golden coconut-curry sauce dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Saffron Rice – Jasmine rice cooked in vegetable stock with saffron vegan, gluten-free

·         Almond Cake – scratch-made with toasted almond slivers, gluten-free

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Pulled Pork Sliders – dry-rubbed pork shoulder slow-roasted and pulled, tossed in homemade BBQ sauce, served with toasted brioche slider buns (pork is gluten-free)

·         Fresh Fruit Salad – fresh, seasonal fruits chopped and dusted with fresh lime zest and chopped mint vegan, gluten-free

·         Herbed Fingerlings and Sweets – mix of fingerlings and sweet potatoes roasted with fresh herbs vegan, gluten-free

·         Cherry and White Chocolate Cookies – scratch-made with dried cherries and white chocolate vegetarian

ADD-ONS

·         Wild Salmon Hash – crispy potatoes, baked wild Alaskan salmon, sautéed peppers, onions, and spinach with fresh dill gluten-free, dairy free $15 each (serves 4-6)

·         Lemon-Huckleberry Bread – scratch-made with wild huckleberries, fresh lemon and topped with lemon icing glaze vegetarian $8 (4 large)

·         Chocolate Chip Cookies – scratch-made $8 (4 jumbo)

·         Granola – house-made with gluten-free oats, pure maple syrup, dried fruits and nuts vegan, gluten-free $8/pint, $15/quart

·         Rosemary Cashews – whole cashews roasted with browned butter, brown sugar, fresh rosemary and a pinch of cayenne vegetarian, gluten-free $5/half-pint, $10/pint

·         OTB Signature Salad – organic greens, fresh strawberries, feta, house-spiced almonds, and scratch cilantro-lime vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free $15 (4-6 servings)

·         April’s Green House Vinaigrettes – scratch-made Basil-Balsamic or scratch-made Cilantro-Lime vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free $8 each (16oz jar)

·         Acme Sourdough – scratch-made sourdough bread from Acme Baking vegan - $7 each

·         Potter Winery Minx Cabernet - 100% Cabernet from the Snake River Valley - $24/bottle

·         Potter Winery Reveler’s Rose - crisp with notes of strawberry $20/bottle
