· Kale, Sugar Snap Pea, Radish and Blueberry Salad – with fresh lime vinaigrette vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free
· Miso-Glazed Salmon with Creamy Ginger Risotto – fresh Alaskan sockeye marinated in scratch miso-sake mixture, pan-fried, served over fresh ginger-scented risotto with a touch of coconut cream gluten-free, dairy-free
