TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Fresh Berry and Pistachio Salad – organic greens, fresh berries, spiced pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Huli Huli Chicken Breast – boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated overnight in a mixture of crushed pineapple, gluten-free soy, ginger, tomato sauce, garlic, and brown sugar, grilled and sliced gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Cilantro-Lime Quinoa – quinoa, fresh lime, fresh cilantro, and cucumber vegan, gluten-free

·         Mango-Coconut Bars – scratch made toasted coconut crust with creamy fresh mango topping vegetarian

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Beef and Veggie Stir Fry – flank steak and fresh vegetables stir fried in scratch orange and (gluten-free) soy marinade dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Fried Rice – with peas, carrots, sautéed onion, and egg vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Lemon-Ginger-Oatmeal Cookies – scratch-made with coarse sugar sprinkle vegetarian
