TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Basil-Caesar Salad– chopped romaine, grilled baguette slices, shaved Parmesan, and scratch Basil-Caesar dressing vegetarian

·         Grilled Lemon-Herb Chicken Breast – boneless, skinless chicken breast tossed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, and lemon zest, grilled and sliced gluten-free

·         Mediterranean Orzo Salad – orzo, rainbow cherry tomato halves, kalamata olives, cucumber, and parsley, lightly tossed in roasted garlic extra virgin olive oil vegan

·         Strawberry-Limoncello Cheesecake Bars – scratch-made with graham cracker crust, Limoncello cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries vegetarian

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Fresh Cherry Salad – organic arugula and spinach with fresh cherries, local Eden Creamery Chevre and scratch balsamic vinaigrette vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri – dry-rubbed and grilled pork tenderloins dry-rubbed and grilled, sliced and topped with fresh chimichurri drizzle dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Sweet Potato, Avocado and Corn Salad – roasted sweet potatoes, fresh avocado, cilantro, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes and fresh lime juice vegan, gluten-free

·         Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies – scratch-made fudgy chocolate cookies with chocolate chips vegetarian
