·         Coq Au Vin – boneless, skinless chicken breast braised in red wine, and Cognac with carrots, onion, mushrooms, tomato, celery, and fresh herbs gluten-free

·         Boulangère Potatoes – sliced Yukon golds, sautéed sweet onions, and fresh rosemary roasted in vegetarian broth and topped with Gruyere vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Carrots Vichy – Frenched carrots cooked with honey, lemon juice, and a touch of butter, dusted with fresh parsley vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Grilled Zucchini and Tomato Salad – organic mixed greens, grilled zucchini, heirloom cherry tomatoes, toasted sunflower seeds and pickled red onion with fresh lime vinaigrette vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free

·         Beef and Black Bean Enchiladas - seasoned, lean ground beef, black beans, green chilies, black olives, and sharp cheddar rolled in corn tortillas, topped with enchilada sauce, and baked, garnished with fresh cilantro gluten-free

·         Cinnamon Cookies – scratch-made vegetarian
