TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Grilled Cilantro Pesto Chicken – fresh, boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated overnight in scratch fresh cilantro pesto, grilled gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Coconut Rice – jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk vegan, gluten-free

·         Grilled Zucchini, Heirloom Cherry Tomato and Sweet Pepper Salad –lightly seasoned and grilled zucchini, heirloom cherry tomatoes, red, yellow, and orange sweet bell peppers vegan, gluten-free

·         Key Lime Bars – scratch-made with key lime juice on graham cracker crust vegetarian

THURSDAY ($15/adult, $9kid)

·         Huckleberry and Sweet Onion-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin – fresh pork tenderloin stuffed with a mixture of fresh rosemary, huckleberry compote and caramelized sweet onions, pan-seared, and slow-roasted, drizzled with balsamic glaze gluten-free

·         Herbed Potatoes – Idaho reds, fingerlings, purples, and sweets tossed with fresh herbs, oven-roasted vegan, gluten-free

·         Spinach, Roasted Carrots, Parmesan, and Toasted Almond Salad – organic spinach, roasted, organic carrots, shaved Parmesan, toasted almonds, with scratch honey-Dijon dressing vegetarian, gluten-free

Triple Chocolate Brownies - scratch-made brownies loaded milk, dark, and white chocolate vegetarian, gluten-free

·         Potter Winery Liquid Lunch Chardonnay - Unoaked with bright citrus fruit and crisp apples 2019 vintage - $20/bottle

·         Potter Winery Watermelon Jalapeno Wine Lemonade - Jalapeno Wine blended with homemade lemonade and local watermelon for a fun low alcohol beverage or cocktail mixer. Seasonal release $16, 1.5L pouch (2.5% alcohol)
