TUESDAY ($15/adult, $9 kid)

·         Honey-Garlic Pork Tenderloin – fresh pork tenderloins dry-rubbed and pan-seared then slow-roasted in honey-garlic-soy sauce, sliced gluten-free, dairy-free

·         Roasted Summer Vegetables – lightly seasoned and roasted zucchini, carrots, green beans, and red peppers vegan, gluten-free

·         Lemon-Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes – fingerling potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary, drizzled with fresh squeezed lemon juice vegan, gluten-free

·         Blueberry-Ginger-White Chocolate Cookie – scratch-made with whole oats, blueberries, candied ginger, and white chocolate vegetarian
